Grew up in Switzerland, but have lived in Canada for the last 40 years.
Can carry a conversation on most anything and have a wide variety of interests.
Looking for a travel buddy. Places on my bucket list are China, the Balkans, Caucasus including Turkey, Central Asia (the Silkroad), South America and Indonesia. Eventually also Africa and the Middle East.
I like creativity/the arts, classical music, especially east-European church choir music, to listen too, and to sing myself, (I am a baritone that ends up singing tenor all the time) painting, good movies, older men as friends, stamp collecting, left of center politics, gardening and travel
