Somewhat quiet but not boring guy interested in meeting down-to-earth, health-minded, intriguing type for friendship and whatever is in the cards after that. I'd always had a preference for men around my age or older than myself (54 currently) ...guys with open minds and hearts, with a bit of an edge, willingness to accept their pasts rather than dwell upon them, perhaps a mix of serious and non-serious. I'd like to add a bit of spice to someone's life and have some added to my own. I have an interesting life currently...some areas aren't ideal...but then again, no one promised us a rose garden.
Music has always been one of my passions...my constant friend. I was a DJ in gay clubs for years and have vinyl records taking up space in a closet and a half to prove it. Love light jazz, easy listening, lounge, nostalgia as well as some current, and of course disco and club.Looking for someone who can appreciate that very vital part of me and my past.
Currently, I am also the organizer of a men's group in my city (London, Canada) with over 350 members...a venture that has been changing me from the shy, behind-the-scenes type to someone with a voice. I want to share this journey with someone who is perhaps needing a change of pace themselves. Life can be pretty sweet being older.
