I'm 63, very fit (gym 3x a week with a two mile run each time), very bright (a Ph.D. for what that's worth & I speak French, Italian, & some Spanish), very well travelled (I've lived in Paris & Rome), & very interested in lots of things: reading, outdoor sports, ballet, gardening, movies, swimming, music (esp Baroque opera), & best of all spending time with friends. I'm also extremely happy, love to laugh, & really love my life. I can be social but I also enjoy my solitude. I'm a retired professor (literature) who taught for 32 years at the University of Massachusetts/Boston & the Université de Paris. I don't smoke or drink but it's fine with me if you do. And I agree with Neitzsche that if we could live a thousand lives, we wouldn't even begin to exhaust the miracle that is life itself.
