Cultured English gentleman seeks oriental friend.
I am a retired barrister (lawyer), masculine and straight acting, but romantic and very gentle in manner , caring and protective by nature.
I am an artist and a musician, a film and opera enthusiast, and love simple pleasures, particularly walking and cycling in the countryside. I am also a keen cook. I graduated in both Law and Literature from Cambridge ( where I also taught) and have a gracious life style, living alone in an historic house with a beautiful garden which I enjoy looking after, within easy reach of London.
