Message / Wink Alerts

Caffmos send out emails notifying users of messages or winks received. These are sent out automatically by the Caffmos website. To prevent issues with spam we will now be disabling message / wink notifications for Caffmos accounts where we receive "bounce backs" to these notifications.

An email bounce back is an error message the sender (Caffmos) receives when the email sent isn't delivered. Emails may bounce back for a number of reasons

• Misspelt email address
• Invalid / non existent email address
• Mail rejected by the recipient's email provider
