We are a Gay Exclusive Guest House only a short walk away from many facilities and Yumbo Centre.

We are both gay, Alex is german in his 70s, who has retired to Gran Canaria, and Ramiro is spanish in his 40s still working. We are situated in the area of San Fernando, just a walk away from the famous dunes and the Yumbo centre. We offer a service second to none in terms of presentation, hygiene and comfort. Our house has new beds and air conditioning. The enclosed courtyard is perfect for relaxing. On the spacious terrace there are sun beds and chilling area and nudism it is allowed. Its the perfect area to enjoy views of the mountains and the dunes or just relax! T

Each room is serviced regularly and towels are provided and changed regularly. Sliding wardrobes with plenty of space for clothes and bags.

Prices start from €280 per ROOM per week for a single person, in a single bed including breakfast.

For two people sharing a twin or double room the price is €350 per ROOM per week including breakfast.

*For Gay Pride, Maspalomas Carnival, Christmas and New Year €430 per week for a single person.

*For Gay Pride, Maspalomas Carnival, Christmas and New Year €500 per week for two people sharing a twin or double room.

Special rates for stays over 2 weeks.
