With a population of around 260,000 Buffalo is the second most populous city in the state of New York. It is a city that is proud of its heritage and this is evident in the number of museums and historical buildings in the area. Allentown is not only known for embracing bohemian and gay culture; the Allentown Historic District is also famous for being the location of architecturally impressive buildings such as the Allendale Theatre; the William Dorsheimer House; and the houses located on Tiffts Row.

There are plenty of other attractions and locations in Buffalo worth visiting, such as Delaware Park; South Park; Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens; Buffalo Zoo; Forest Lawn Cemetery; Gallagher Beach State Park; Tifft Nature Preserve; Times Beach Nature Preserve; and Beaver Island State Park.

Plus, there are a variety of festivals and events held throughout the year, including Buffalo Gay Pride; Buffalo Niagara Film Festival; Allentown Art Festival; Buffalo River Fest; and the Friendship Festival, amongst others. Buffalo is an excellent city to visit as it has something for everyone.
